Experts Automotive Group was founded in 2001
as an online and mail-order retailer and distributor
of high end wheels, aerodynamics, and accessories
for passenger cars and SUVs. The company's main
focus is to maintain a competitive pricing schedule
while providing the best customer service in
the industry. The company opened the Dallas/Ft Worth area warehouse in October of 2005 to better serve the growing local market.

| All prices are quoted FOB net Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX. All prices are quoted in US currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Texas residents are subject to state sales tax of 8.25%. |

Experts accepts cash, certified check, money
order, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express. All orders must be paid
in full before goods will be shipped. Special
order items must be paid in full before the
item will be ordered. We do not accept personal
checks at this time. |

Shipping |

All
goods will be shipped by UPS or FedEx unless
prohibited by size or weight. In the case
of oversized or extremely heavy freight,
a commercial freight carrier will be used.
Next day and second day delivery available
in most cases for an extra charge upon customer's
request. COD is not accepted at this time.
All
goods paid by credit card will be shipped
to the billing address only. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Wheel
Experts delivers all of its goods to the
respective carrier properly boxed to prevent
damage. Damage incurred during transit is
the sole responsibility of the carrier.
All items are insured for full value. If
a package appears damaged when you receive
it, indicate the condition of the package,
listing specific damages on your receipt
from the carrier along with your signature.
If damage is discovered after opening the
package, notify Wheel Experts and the respective
carrier immediately. Claims for damage must
be handled through the carrier. If necessary,
we will assist you in any claim to the degree
practical.
Please
inspect all merchandise carefully before
installing it on the car. This includes,
but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting,
or modifying the product in any way, shape,
or form. In order to make a damage claim,
you must contact Wheel Experts before installing
the product on the car. Once the item has
been installed, it is considered used and
is not returnable under any circumstance.
Wheel Experts is able to export the majority of its products to overseas markets - please contact the sales department for limitations and restrictions. All international orders must be fully prepaid via wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards for international orders. |

Warranty |
Wheel
Experts guarantees that its products are
of the highest quality. The majority of
our products carry a manufacturer's warranty,
which is passed onto the customer. Please
ask for your sales associate for more info
on your specific product.
Wheel
Experts disclaims all liability caused by
use of our products. It is the sole and
complete responsibility of the buyer to
ensure that parts used on their vehicles
meet all federal, state and local laws and
regulations. Buyer assumes all liability
and risk associated with the use of our
products. We are not responsible for any
liability or losses which occur. All products
carry manufacturer's warranty only. |

Return
Policy |

Experts will not accept unauthorized returns.
If you need to return an item, please contact
your salesperson or the customer service department
for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unless
the return is due to an error on the company's
part, the customer will be responsible for
shipping charges incurred during the return
or exchange. All returns, except those caused
by our error, are subject to a 25% restocking
fee. Wheels that have been mounted or other
used items are not returnable. Special order
items are not returnable. NO

| Wheel Experts maintains a wholesale department to service the needs of automotive related businesses all over the world. Our program requires no minimum order quantities or buy-ins while offering the maximum trade discount possible. To set up an account, please contact the sales office for more information. We offer free local delivery for accounts set up in the DFW Metroplex area. |

Showroom Hours and Location |
Wheel Experts is located at 2825 Exchange Blvd, Suite 105, in Southlake TX, 5 minutes west of the Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) International airport. Our showroom is open from 9AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday, Saturdays by appointment only, closed Sundays and major holidays.
