Experts delivers all of its goods to the
respective carrier properly boxed to prevent
damage. Damage incurred during transit is
the sole responsibility of the carrier.
All items are insured for full value. If
a package appears damaged when you receive
it, indicate the condition of the package,
listing specific damages on your receipt
from the carrier along with your signature.
If damage is discovered after opening the
package, notify Wheel Experts and the respective
carrier immediately. Claims for damage must
be handled through the carrier. If necessary,
we will assist you in any claim to the degree
inspect all merchandise carefully before
installing it on the car. This includes,
but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting,
or modifying the product in any way, shape,
or form. In order to make a damage claim,
you must contact Wheel Experts before installing
the product on the car. Once the item has
been installed, it is considered used and
is not returnable under any circumstance.
Wheel Experts is able to export the majority of its products to overseas markets - please contact the sales department for limitations and restrictions. All international orders must be fully prepaid via wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards for international orders.
